WARRANTY INFORMATION
All
of our assembled skulls come with a 3 year warranty. This warranty
does not include servos, controller cards, or power suppliers. These
components are covered under their own manufacturer’s warranty. Upon
receipt of your skull, you will have 10 days to ensure you skull is
fully functional and working. After 10 days, our 3 year warranty will
only cover our components.
Unassembled skulls come with a 90 day warranty for components only.
This warranty does not include servos, controller cards, or power
supplies. These components are covered under their own manufacturer’s
warranty.
Damage or modifications are not covered and we reserve the right to
not honor the warranty under those conditions.
Our obligation is limited solely to the repair or replacement of
the defective component and does not extend to any damage, harm,
consequential or incidental damages resulting thereby.
Under no circumstances will we be liable for loss of revenue or
expenses due to product failure.
The customer is responsible for shipping product back to us at their
expense.
Warranty repairs can take up to 15 days to complete and return product
back to you.
If out of warranty, or product was damage or modify by user, we will
notify you of how much it will cost to repair.
