Skulls - Rack and Pinion feed

RP_3DNEW SKULL DESIGN USING RACK AND PINION!!!

The new gear driven skull is true control motion.  That is to say, there are no conflicts between the axis movements.   Each axis is controlled by a servo attached to a rack and pinion system. This system moves the skull in a very lifelike manner.   The skull uses HITEC and FUTABA servos.  All the parts are CNC machined and held to tight standards. These tight standards ensure when the product is assembled, routines are easily interchangeable. This makes it easy to move your skull around or replace skulls with no down time on programming.  We also incorporate ease of repairs; if a servo fails, its very easy to replace and can be done in minutes.  This prevents long down times!

The skull is sold assembled or unassembled for the Lindberg with the eye kit and includes one routine of your choice. An option is our quick cable release system.

The quick release cable system consists of two 12' wire looms that snap into the base of the skull. One wire loom controls the eyes and the other the axis movements.  Servo connectors are attached to the other end. They are easily identifiable as to where they are to be plugged into the controller board.

We also do custom blanks for your own application.  If you wish to use our patent pending RP system in your own application or skull, we can build these on 9" or 12" cast acrylic squares.  All you have to do is cut it out to fit your needs.  It does not include the eye kit.  Contact us for a quote!

Shipping cost can be found here: shipping cost.

Skulls do not include servo leads, controller card, and power supplies.  These items can be purchased separately.
